From the very beginning explained everything as to how he would market the Condo and how he would show it. He took care of helping stage the unit to help sell it and made suggestions on how to improve the look. He did all the negotiations in the sell and handled all of the closing requirements.

I found Jeffery through a friend when I was having trouble selling my house. My first broker did not have any plans to sell my house other than lowering the price.

Jeffery came in and took charge and came up with a plan to market my house and within hours of my house going live, I had many showing lined up. I had issues with permits and way the HVAC was installed without permits. Jeffery resolved all the issues with the house on his own because I was in VA. Jeffery took care of my house it like his own and I did not have any worries. Thank you Jeffery for all you did, you are a good guy.
